Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in an aluminum extrusion environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of plant maintenance including preventative maintenance (PMs), reactive maintenance, and facilities maintenance tasks. Daily responsibilities include participating in passover meetings and ensuring production continuity by addressing and fixing issues related to extrusion machines such as 3-phase 480v motors, servo and AC/DC motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, extruders, VFDs, and gearboxes. Basic tasks in PMs include greasing of bearings and tightening of bolts. Familiarity with PLC-operated machines and experience with die casting machines or plastic injection molding presses are advantageous.

This position is based in an industrial manufacturing environment with shifts available on 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) and 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am). Candidates can expect to work extended hours initially, with an on-call program being implemented soon. Major PM programs occur twice a year. Safety attire including jeans and steel-toed boots are required
