Production Technician
Production associate to support winding and insertion process for space and downhole products in Motion Control Devices assembly line.

Job Summary

Coil winding – winding coils from old and new CNC based winder
Magnet wire insertion – primary and redundant
Phase separation and insulation
Lacing and wire pre-forming (end turns)
Lead/magnet wire strain relief
Impregnation and cure
Clean for test/inspection
And complete magnet /lead wire connections
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret written documents, Blueprint and mechanical drawings reading
Ability to read technical instructions, routers, and visual aids to complete the task.
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Ability to work in a team environment
Required Experience and Education
High School Diploma/GED
Knowledge of Coil Winding, Impregnation, Magnet wire insertion

Base Compensation: USD 23.00 - 26.00 Paid Hourly
