Job Title: Configuration Technician Warehouse
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Configuration Technician to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, fixing, and repairing smartphones and tablets. This role requires hands-on work with various devices to ensure they are set up and functioning correctly according to given instructions.
Responsibilities
Work hands-on with smartphones and tablets to locate and modify settings.
Set up devices according to provided instructions.
Power on tablets and perform tests as instructed.
Review pick sheets and order sheets to ensure accuracy.
Utilize RF scanners to verify products.
Stand and work at a desk or workstation for up to 10 hours a day.
Essential Skills
Experience with warehouse operations including picking, loading, unloading, and inventory management.
Proficiency in using RF scanners.
Ability to operate a pallet jack.
Familiarity with working hands-on with smartphones and tablets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with iPads is a plus.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse setting. You will be working with various technologies and equipment, standing and working at a desk or workstation for up to 10 hours a day. The dress code is casual and comfortable to accommodate the physical nature of the work.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of CAROL STREAM, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
