Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator
Job Description
As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will follow cGMP and ISO standards or guidelines to ensure high-quality manufacturing. You will be responsible for assembling cartridges and reagent kit components, following manufacturing SOPs, and maintaining an organized work area. You will work both independently and as part of an assembly line team, maintaining a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment. Additionally, you will resolve line issues, suggest improvements, and operate all manufacturing line equipment. Adherence to the manufacturing schedule and timely completion of work orders is essential. You will review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, identify and correct errors, and submit finished documentation for quality release. As a role model for cGMP manufacturing, you will also assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Follow cGMP and ISO standards or guidelines as they apply to manufacturing.
Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components.
Follow manufacturing SOPs.
Organize and maintain floor area and supplies used during work performed.
Work independently and as a part of an assembly line team.
Maintain a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment.
Resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
Operate all manufacturing line equipment.
Adhere to manufacturing schedule and complete manufacturing work orders in a timely manner.
Review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, identify and correct errors, and submit finished documentation for quality release.
Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing.
Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma required.
No experience needed, just need to pass assessment with 75% or higher.
Knowledge in production, fast food, retail, weld, assembly, cleanroom, packaging, SOPs, GMP, and medical device manufacturing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work in a clean room environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.16 - $20.16/hr.
