Madison County Office for the Aging Case Manager in Canastota, New York

NY1503965 Case Manager needed for the Madison County Office for the Aging in Canastota, NY. Pay rate is $41,000 per year. Duties: Position requires travel throughout Madison County working directly with individuals over 60 or their delegates. The selected candidate must possess knowledge of the characteristics, needs and interests of the aging, in addition to a knowledge of community agencies, facilities and services which can be utilized to aid the elderly.

Requirements: Must possess a bachelors degree with 2 years of experience in community organization or in the field of aging or an associate degree with four years experience in community organization or in the field of aging.
Computer skills necessary. Valid NYS drivers license is required.

The selected candidate would work Monday thru Friday. This is a 40 hour per week position. Benefit package includes health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k)-retirement plan.
