Location: Camp Smith, HI
Clearance Needed: TS/SCI
Are you ready to put your targeting expertise to work on complex projects in support of an exciting mission focused on the Indo-Pacific region? The ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to work across multiple staff sections to collect, fuse, and share intelligence to combat drug-related transnational crime.
Specific Responsibilities:
Work closely with cross-function teams, including intelligence policy/plans, and operations, to support U.S. law enforcement agencies and interagency partners across the INDOPACOM AOR.
Apply knowledge of primarily Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and all-source intelligence methodologies and tradecrafts to support operational planning and targeting by delivering actionable insights on adversary activities, capabilities, and intentions.
Utilize IC tools to conduct analysis, identify and assess threats, and create products to support law enforcement actions.
Exercise the ability to assess and provide feedback to intelligence support efforts, ensuring continuous improvements in operational effectiveness and the targeting process.
Utilize Publicly/Commercially Available Information (PAI/CAI) through tools and available resources
Employ familiarity of DoD security cooperation frameworks and how they apply to law enforcement and interagency initiatives
Collaborate with interagency liaisons, case agents, and intelligence analysts to share, generate, and collect leads, corroborate information, and enable a joint-approach to actioning targets of interest.
Develop, create, and execute knowledge management across the client's portfolio; utilize SharePoint, Microsoft products, and information sharing databases to share and collaborate findings with internal and external partners.
Required Education/Experience:
4+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree.
4+ years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the capture and presentation of data derived from intelligence analysis
Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
Ability to synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into coherent reports/documents
Ability to work independently while responding promptly to requests for information
Adaptability in a dynamic work environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings and external organizations.
Highly proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and data-sharing tools and databases.
Valid US Passport.
Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence or operations.
Previous experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions.
Familiarity with Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE).
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Top Secret SCI

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $176,600.00
