SAIC Senior Intelligence Systems Administrator in CAMP PENDLETON, California
Description
SAIC is seeking a Senior Intelligence System Administrator with an active TS/SCI clearance to join our team at I MEF, Camp Pendleton, CA.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting enterprise web applications and managing complex operating systems, workstations, and servers.
Responsibilities :
Operational Maintenance and Support: Perform high-level day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for complex operating systems, workstations, and servers.
Software Installations and Upgrades: Coordinate, direct, and execute complex software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages, adhering to established IT policies and procedures.
Audits and Compliance: Conduct comprehensive hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
System Architecture Support: Provide support to system architecture management applications such as VMWare, SOCET GXP, Remedy, and other platform tools supporting configuration, monitoring, and documentation.
Systems Troubleshooting: Provide support in setting up, troubleshooting, and accounting for systems throughout the workspaces.
Active Directory Maintenance: Maintain Active Directory for SIPR/JWICS, including service/maintenance for user accounts and assisting with application host malfunctions.
Training and Instruction: Contribute to the delivery of training materials and provide training and instruction on applicable JWICS architecture and applications.
Help Desk Support: Assist customers with systems issues, troubleshooting, and other help desk functions.
Travel Requirements: Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Required Certifications:
Current Security+ and at least one other computing environment certification.
Meet DoD 8750.1-M Approved Baseline Certifications.
Required Security Clearance :
- Active TS/SCI.
Desired Experience :
Experience with VMWare or similar tools.
Experience with Windows Server.
Familiarity with DoD Information Assurance (IA) requirements within either the Risk Management Framework (RMF) or the DIACAP IA processes.
Understanding of USMC Intelligence Programs of Records and network infrastructure.
Knowledge of related cloud technologies.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
