The Contract Manufacturing Manager reports to the Sr Mgr Contract Manufacturing and is responsible for all aspects of the relationship and operational management of contract manufacturing partners within their supply chain portfolio. This individual supports the overall Make vs. Buy strategy and helps drive key decisions within the internal and external supply chain network. The Contract Manufacturing Manager ensures project management, communication, and executional excellence and serves as the primary liaison between contract manufacturing and Campbell cross functional partners. Additionally, the Contract Manufacturing Manager is responsible for quality, service, inventory, production, material planning, cost, contract, and overall relationship management at contract manufacturing partners. Own agreements and focused relationships with Contract Manufacturing partners resulting Assist with development of overall Make vs. Buy strategy and specific business unit objectives based on research, analysis, and overall business needs Provide influence across multiple cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision making Influence and lead contract manufacturing relationships at senior leadership levels Promote, lead, and execute against company-wide programs such as Enablers and other cost management initiatives Ensure appropriate execution, project management and communication among cross-functional teams Provide connection and support to the Commercial Leadership Team as well as the Supply Chain Leadership Team Who you will work with...
