Responsibilities

  • Handling guest room reservations.
  • Provide guest with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area.
  • Blocking rooms.
  • Entering group rooming list.
  • Posting pre-payments.
  • Billing no-show reservations.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Handling guest mail and faxes.
  • Taking messages for guest
  • Job duties listed is not all encompassing and additional responsibilities may be required.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00. This position is also eligible to earn overtime.

Qualifications
  • Customer service experience and front desk experience preferred.
  • Must have good typing skills.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
