Responsibilities
- Handling guest room reservations.
- Provide guest with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area.
- Blocking rooms.
- Entering group rooming list.
- Posting pre-payments.
- Billing no-show reservations.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Handling guest mail and faxes.
- Taking messages for guest
- Job duties listed is not all encompassing and additional responsibilities may be required.
The hourly rate for this position is $17.00. This position is also eligible to earn overtime.

Qualifications
- Customer service experience and front desk experience preferred.
- Must have good typing skills.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
