Job Description
Funciones:
Administrar las herramientas asignadas de tecnología de ventas (procesos de datos maestros y cargas de información) y asegurar la confiabilidad de la data y el correcto funcionamiento de esta para oportuna toma de decisiones de negocio.
Desarrollar, sustentar y presentar análisis comerciales que permitan identificar oportunidades de negocio a nivel de ventas, productividad y eficiencias, considerando los principales indicadores que se manejan en los canales.
Realizar informes diarios de seguimiento y gerenciales de las variables y KPIs de ventas de los canales asignados para ser compartidos con el equipo de Ventas de los países para su análisis.
Garantizar la confiabilidad de los datos de los sistemas e informes bajo su responsabilidad, con una alta orientación al detalle de los análisis que realice teniendo un profundo entendimiento del negocio.
Realizar entrenamientos en las herramientas de tecnología de ventas e información para la fuerza de ventas periódicamente.
Participar y apoyar los proyectos de implementación de herramientas de tecnología de ventas y de generación de información.
Realizar Presentaciones y Dashboards ejecutivos.
Requisitos:
Profesional en Administración, ingeniería Industrial o Afines.
Mas de 2 años de experiencia preferiblemente en compañías de consumo masivo en áreas de generación y análisis de información para ventas o mercadeo o áreas de Business Intelligence y experiencia en el manejo de herramientas de tecnología para la fuerza de ventas.
Inglés Intermedio Oral y Escrito.
Excel Avanzado (manejo de Power pívots, deseable Macros)
Power BI
Power Point Intermedio, Herramientas de Buisness Intelligence
Agilidad para manejo y soporte de sistemas de Información.
