Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Director to join our growing team! This role is crucial in overseeing the total operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a supportive and compliant environment. Your Impact as an Executive Director

In this role, you will:

Ensure Compliance: Manage the facilitys total operations to align with local, state, and federal regulations. Implement Policies and Procedures: Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring they align with state and federal guidelines while developing facility-specific policies. Maintain Resident Assessments: Complete and manage 2067 forms for all residents to ensure proper documentation. Recruit and Retain Staff: Recruit, orient, and retain competent and dedicated staff. Manage Business Operations: Oversee business functions, including admissions, ancillaries, accounts payables/receivables, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Promote Facility Services: Market facility services to community partners and support staff in marketing responsibilities. Foster a Collaborative Team: Build and maintain an effective team to manage daily operations efficiently. Process Payroll: Ensure payroll is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Assist with Communications: Support phone management and address inquiries when needed. Address Concerns: Assist residents, family members, visitors, and staff with concerns, complaints, and general issues. Coordinate Admissions: Oversee the admissions process for new residents. Develop Staff: Implement ongoing staff development programs and training sessions. Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations. What Makes You a Great Fit

Holds certification from the applicable state agency. Has a thorough knowledge of assisted living regulations and standards.
