Job Title: Winder / Cutting Machine Operator

*Willing to train into Windery Operator*

Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator and take on the responsibility of operating and maintaining winder machinery and other related equipment. Your daily tasks will involve setting up machinery for winding, cutting, sizing, and taping coils to ensure our products meet quality and company specifications. You will also operate extrusion machines to create plastic products, conduct sampling checks for resistance or capacitance, and verify the conformance of the finished product to specifications. A crucial part of your role will be to adjust machine settings, position and secure components, and manage rotation speeds to optimize production.

1 st Shift 530am – 430pm Monday- Thursday with OT / Being half days on Friday

Hard Skills

  • Operation of winder and extrusion machines

  • Use of Tape Measure and digital micrometers

  • Adjusting machine settings

  • Verifying product specifications

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Burnsville, Minnesota.
