Description
We are offering a temporary to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Burlington, Massachusetts. The role is primarily onsite and involves dealing with customer inquiries and maintaining records within the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound calls from both technicians and customers effectively.
• Accurately entering data related to customer inquiries and job orders.
• Creating and managing job carts using service titan software.
• Maintaining a comprehensive record of customer interactions and communications.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.
• Scheduling appointments and managing customer accounts.
• Ensuring efficient email correspondence with customers and internal teams.
• Balancing multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on the account status.
• Collaborating with a team of four other representatives in the office.
Requirements • Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative for at least one year
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls
• Demonstrable experience in a call center customer service environment
• Strong skills in customer service and customer relationship management
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Experience in email correspondence and ability to communicate effectively through written mediums
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry and processing
