The Product & Sales Specialist will manage a portfolio of medium-sized accounts, optimizing sales, profitability, and product mix. They will also develop deep expertise in the company’s microelectronic packaging solutions, including brazing and soldering materials, and take ownership of product pricing. This role involves working with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to drive both sales and product strategy.You will have the opportunity to:Manage and grow medium-sized accounts by optimizing sales and product mixIdentify opportunities to drive profitable sales growthBuild strong relationships with customers and channel partnersTrack sales performance and provide strategic insightsKnow technical capabilities and manufacturing processes of the businessOwn product pricing, balancing market trends, customer needs and company goalsConduct market analysis to inform product strategyProvide technical support and training for internal teams, channel partners and customersGather customer feedback for product developmentREQUIREMENTS:4-year degree in engineering, materials science, or a related fieldExperience in sales, account management, product or customer support, preferably in microelectronic packaging industryKnowledge in precious metal soldering and brazing materials desirableStrong analytical skills and the ability to assess account profitability and pricing strategyExperience working with channel partner or distributor is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relation-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSAP, CRM and Project Management experience highly desirableAbility to quickly learn technical and business conceptsTravel up to 25% of the time, depending on business needs, could be required

Minimum Salary: 63,800 Maximum Salary: 79,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
