We are currently looking for an Ads Support Agent to work for a technology project.
What you´ll do
You will be responsible for creating the best customer experience via email and phone, by supporting customers with different levels of tech skills, and working as a part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
· Dealing with deadlines.
· Communicating with customers through phone (outbound calls) and email.
· Providing accurate and complete information to customers by using the right tools and methods.
· Being aligned with all procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Going the extra mile to engage customers.
· Documenting all necessary information regarding each customer interaction.
· Always maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers and teammates.
· Promptly reading official communications and acting on them.
· Receiving feedback and implementing new directives.
· Shifting priorities on the fly to support the needs of the team and adapting quickly to the fast pace of the operation.
Necessary skills and experience required:
· Excellent customer support and ability to adapt and respond to different types of users.
· Excellent written (no orthographic nor grammatical errors) and verbal communication skills (clear enunciation).
· Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly instructions.
· Great interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
· Excellent typing skills.
· Punctuality and commitment.
· Knowledge in Google tools: Sheets, Slides, Docs, Chrome, Keep, Calendar, etc. (desirable)
· Proactivity, patience, responsibility, attention to detail and independence.
· Problem solving skills (ability to solve issues that are not documented in detail, using critical thinking).
· Intermediate level of English (written and reading comprehension) is a plus to have.
