The QMS reports to the quality manager and is responsible for QMS assurance and compliance
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordination of each function in order to set up and maintain a Quality System in accordance with ISO and Nuclear Standards.
Ensure compliance of QMS through authoring and updating system procedures, working instructions and quality standard operating procedures
Organize Quality System Audits in accordance with the Audit schedule
Ensure readiness to ISO certification audits and accordingly perform adequate pre-audits
Perform any other internal audits allowing to detect and highlight discrepancies vs. the standard
Prepare the Quality System Management review – providing deployment status to the management staff
Ensure Internal Procedures/Policies are in line with GE Steam Power guidelines and standards
Monitor conformance by audit, as Management representative Perform Quality reporting (Reliability, coherence, transparency)
Ensure support when needed by Process Quality Engineers for the completion of EoMRs (End of Manufacturing reports) Develop and maintain the QMS Bucharest Sharepoint
Monitor Quality KPIs through various reporting lines
FMEA facilitator
Support External Audits
Qualifications/Requirements
Degree from an accredited technical university
ISO quality systems knowledge
Internal audit for quality management systems certificate
Fluency in both Romanian & English
Desired Qualifications

Adaptability
