Under close supervision, provides prompt cleaning and disinfecting of public and employee spaces. Focuses on a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience throughout common and employee areas. Ensures timely completion of routine cleaning tasks. Operates a variety of cleaning tools, equipment, and in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.\ Monitors public areas inside and outside of City Hall or other City facilities; removes litter.\ Inspects, cleans, and/or disinfects surface areas, mirrors, sinks, toilets, floors, door handles.\ Maintains adequate supply of toiletries for replenishment such as soap, towels, toilet paper, sanitary products, toilet seat covers.\ Picks up and delivers janitorial consumable materials as needed.\ Completes required daily logs and reports.\ May assist with set up and tear down of events in conference or meeting room areas.\ Ensures accident clean-up is immediate, facilities are continually disinfected and consistently clean.\ Performs other duties as assigned.
