Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Ready to champion the brands that uplift daily lives? In this role, your ability to coordinate your team to achieve profitable sales growth across all categories, to build strong customer relationships and keen understanding of market needs will drive Reckitt’s OTC product portfolio's visibility and sales. You will develop plans to increase turnover for the assigned categories within the allocated area within the spending limits set in the annual plan.
In this Bucharest based position, you will be coordinating the following counties: Bucharest, Ilfov, Constanta, Prahova, Dambovita, Arges, Tulcea, Calarasi, Giurgiu, Ialomita, Teleorman and Olt. You will be managing a team of 10 Pharma Sales Representatives for this territory.
Your responsibilities
Contribute to the national sales strategy
Plan, monitor, control and coordinate the team's activities to achieve sales figures
Work with the team to deliver results to both the customers and Reckitt
Support the team in negotiations with clients, if necessary
Developing strong relationships with some of our largest customers and external partners
Develop a good working relationship with distributors: provide them with assistance in resolving problems/misunderstandings in relation to pharmacies
Monitor marketing activities for all customers in accordance with brand managers' recommendation
Help customers and Pharma Sales Representatives display merchandise more effectively or promote new lines
Be at the front-end for promotional campaigns, educate and innovate
Define and track the level of key performance indicators (KPI) for each team member
Conduct quarterly double visits with each team member
The experience we're looking for
5 years of Sales experience, Pharma business understanding is an advantage
At least 3 years of people leadership experience
University or master’s degree
Intermediate English, fluent Romanian
Excel / MS office - medium level
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle priorities, adapting to changes
Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
Listen carefully and know what it takes to influence others
Seek out opportunities to develop your skills
