Oracle Business Operations Analyst - EMEA Consulting Tech (Contractor role ) in BUCHAREST, Romania

Job Description

Business Partnership & Operations Management:

o Support business planning, Go-To-Market, budgeting, and territory

planning.

o Lead forecasting processes for the supported clusters/region, ensuring

alignment with EMEA defined Key performance indicators

o Liaise with Finance on revenue and cost matters, ensuring accurate

tracking.

o Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement measures.

o Collaborate with other business functions to support Consulting Cluster

Leader.

o Use Business Intelligence tools to provide supporting business reports,

both regular and ad hoc.

Programs & Initiatives Engagement:

o Standardize and align sales forecasting activities across lines of business.

o Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for forecasting and

revenue tracking.

o Support and promote business policy compliance within corporate

frameworks.

o Promote continuous improvement of processes and tools to ensure

alignment with business needs.

Candidate Profile/ Skills:

Fluency in English (both speaking and writing). German, Hungarian, Czech, Serbian

or Arabic would-be a plus.

Strong ability to excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Experience in consulting services is a plus.

Process and project management background.

Analytical skills and ability to identify solutions quickly.

Exceptional communication, influencing, and organizational skills.

Service-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills.

Experience with Oracle systems and collaboration tools is an advantage.

Experienced with data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and business

intelligence tools.

Educational Qualifications:

Business Administration / Master’s degree in Business or related field with a focus

on financial knowledge.
