Your area of responsibility

You will lead customer projects and product developments typically in the field of drive technology or energy conversion for e-mobility and industrial applications, e.g. converters for drives, e-machines or inverters with outputs from 1 kW up to several 100 kW.You will be responsible for the technical, budgetary and scheduling aspects and will lead the interdisciplinary project team from the receipt of the order to design, testing/validation and commissioning at the customer's site. You will be actively involved in conceptual design and requirements engineering in accordance with our A-SPICE development processes.

Your profile

• You have an FH/ETH/University degree in engineering• Experience in project management is essential• System or requirements engineering• Project management in the area of drive technology or energy conversion• Development on V-Model based development processes VDA or A-SPICE• Basic knowledge of control engineering, drive technology and power electronics• Basic knowledge of electrical machines• Good communication and presentation skills in English and preferably also German

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of personal responsibility to solve problems quickly and target oriented• Strong conceptual and analytical skills to optimize complex systems• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to influence others, set direction and priorities• Proactive and open minded• Ability to handle criticism and conflict
