- Maintain equipment and processes to meet Systrand's and customer's production demands.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Participate in APQP meetings to ensure product quality.
- Design and build tooling, gaging, and conveyors to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Evaluate and enhance tooling performance through data analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
- Determine measurements methods to detect equipment's wear and tear and to minimize down time.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to support maintenance activities.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
