Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support one of our clients. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our attorneys, helping with case preparation, document management, and client communication. This role requires strong research skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with subpoenas and garnishments.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
Draft, review, and file legal documents.
Maintain and organize case files and legal documentation.
Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings.
Manage and maintain attorney calendars and deadlines.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
3 or more years of work experience as a Paralegal.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro
Experience using SharePoint preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to successfully build relationships and partner cross-functionally with different departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to identify process improvements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
