ManpowerGroup Customer Service in Broomfield, Colorado

Our client, a leader in safety solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer fulfillment process supporting both external and internal customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Broomfield, CO

Pay Range: $22 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Process external and internal orders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

  • Research and provide solutions to customer service issues, including product availability and logistics.

  • Maintain open communications with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Analyze markets and work with Sales Representatives to expand distribution channels.

  • Investigate and recommend improvements within customer service processes.

What's Needed?

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

  • Professional telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.

  • Computer skills within a Windows environment, including MS Office.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage a demanding workload.

  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
