Job Description

The Cloud Operations organization at NetSuite is focused on providing impeccable cloud-based service delivery and ensuring the reliability of the NetSuite application for tens of thousands of customers worldwide.

As a Product Manager on our team, you will have the opportunity to design and drive the evolution of our Identity Management and Authentication solutions, focusing heavily on the benefits and experience for our customers. You will unite internal and external stakeholders to a single vision and product roadmap, advocating for customer needs and collaborating with diverse, cross-discipline engineering teams. Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Communicate with customers about new feature rollouts, gather feedback, iterate.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities. Passionately represent the voice of our customers to internal teams.

  • Design solutions, write use cases, business requirements, and documentation to address problems and opportunities.

  • Develop, groom, and prioritize a multi-year roadmap that creates the most value for customers while balancing the investment required from the NetSuite business.

  • Evangelize ideas from inception to launch, persuading stakeholders from executive leadership to engineers. Influence the roadmaps and backlogs of core engineering teams.

  • Present to and align with executive stakeholders

  • Track dependencies on internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

  • Partner with project and program management to align on key timelines and commitments.

  • Evaluate market trends and know the competitive landscape.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strength in customer-facing communication and engagement.

  • At least 3 years of experience in product development, leading product delivery from inception to launch.

  • The ability to define & shape a successful business strategy for large product areas.

  • Track record of collaborating with multiple cross-discipline engineering teams.

  • Track record of collaborating with globally distributed customers and engineering teams.

  • Fundamental understanding of systems design for web-based applications.

  • Exceptional analytical skills. The ability to look through data and draw insights.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Domain knowledge of authentication and single sign on protocols, such as OAuth, SAML, Open ID Connect, WebAuthN, OATH TOTP, U2F and experience with information security concepts.

  • Strong technical background and a general understanding of basic programming concepts

  • Query language skills (e.g. SQL) and experience mining data from ELK stack technologies

  • Experience working with cloud providers, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

  • Experience working on enterprise-grade applications

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

  • Experience in common software development methodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.)
