Job Description

Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.

Responsibilities: · Create and implement recruiting strategies that identify, recruit and qualify very hardworking· Communicate job roles to candidates at all levels.· Trusted adviser to management on identification, selection, and offer process.· Build validated relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.· Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and “investigating” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.· Applies multiple sourcing techniques to identify top talent.· Lead the recruiting process from sourcing to final offer.· Handles metrics locally with an understanding of global impact.· Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, and Staffing Efficiency teams, and lead staffing portion of annual headcount planning and staffing resource planning processes.· Handle and influence complex partner relationships to meet overall staffing objectives.· Ability to handle and deliver complex projects.· Act as a functional point of contact for key collaborators.

Required Skills/Experience: · Experience recruiting in a cloud development environment with a heavy emphasis on research and recruitment.. Must have exposure to Product and Startup hiring· Knowledge of the IT industry is a must.· Must have the capacity to understand and communicate effectively on complex technologies.· Track record of producing results in a highly complex environment.· Min of 7 years of recruitment experience in the IT Industry.· Preferably good experience in handling leadership hiring.

Specific Skills Required : · Creativity and an aim to succeed· Exceptional problem-solving skills· Able to analyze job descriptions and build ideal candidate profiles for filling the position· Understand the difficulties of business & partner with key collaboratorsdifficulties to formulate & complete hiring strategy.· Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills· Understanding of impact on business and metrics.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and qualify potential candidates for the hiring initiatives needed by the Lines of Business. Assist in the development and execution of the recruitment strategy, including identifying creative approaches to recruiting. Participate in the candidate selection process. Plan and execute recruitment events. Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates. Support the development of a recruiting strategy with Oracle’s Lines of Business to ensure quality hires within the organizations budget. Implement recruiting plans with a diversity lens. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle Line of Business. Schedule, plan, execute and manage interviews for candidates and managers. Provide reports on various aspects of recruiting, candidates, new hires and activity to recruiting management, operations and Lines of Business. Develop collateral material for recruitment initiatives. May have project lead role. May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. May perform other duties as assigned.
