Basic Job Functions:

Responsibilities for the Detailing Supervisor include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the company sales and profit efforts by driving, directing, supervising, and leading the overall activities of the Detailing Group.

  • Controlling and supervising all necessary processes to ensure that all projects meet or exceed all applicable specifications and standards.

  • Along with the Detailing Group Leaders, aggressively maintaining the detailing schedule to meet internal and external customer needs, drive quality, throughput and maintain efficiency initiatives within the Detailing Group.

  • In conjunction with the Engineering Manager, participating in the strategic planning for the Detailing Group to meet future anticipated needs.

  • Maintaining control of the detailing programs to ensure that the correct versions are being used to the fullest extent.

  • Being willing to travel with short notice.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-years leader s hip experience

  • High Schoo l Diploma o r GED

Preferences:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Civil Engineering

  • U.S. registration as a Professional Engineer

  • Experience with BIM capable software

  • Experience in manufacturing, steel construction, or related industry
