Robert Half Accounts Payable Analyst in Brentwood, Tennessee
Description
Our client in the Brentwood/Franklin area has a hybrid, temporary need for 3-4 months. This individual will manage accounts payable and expense transactions while providing data analysis and customer relationship management through platforms such as Salesforce and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Proficiently managing and processing various types of payments.
Utilizing Salesforce for tracking, reporting, and optimizing payment processes.
Performing excel-based data manipulation and analysis to create comprehensive financial reports.
Overseeing the administration of their credit card program, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (familiarity with formulas, data manipulation).
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Previous experience in managing a credit card program.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and able to work effectively under pressure.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
Proactive, self-managed, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
Good decision-making skills and a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
