Summary You will serve as an ELECTRICIAN TRAINING LEADER in the Production Resource Department (Code 900) of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will perform lesson plan development, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure information is current, aligned to shop work practices, and prepares our workforce for future capabilities. You will develop training schedules based on customer needs, reports, and management forecasts. You will prepare training material, tools, equipment, and facilities for training evolutions. You will develop and administer written and practical examinations commensurate with course objectives. You will analyze examination results, develop a comprehensive assessment to determine if there are exam and/or instructional weaknesses, and implement corrective actions as part of the ongoing effort to improve training. You will ensure compliance with NAVSEA, corporate, local, and other regulatory instructions, guidance, and procedures related to subject matter and the training program.
