RESPONSIBILITIES

Here's a typical day:

Punch that clock and check your inbox.

We kick start every day with a get-it-done attitude and daily communication to stay organized and focused.

Businesses don't rest, and neither does our team. If the phones are ringing, we're answering.

If you're not in the phone queue, you're probably taking care of customer questions and needs via email.

You'll know it all, from billing to troubleshooting.

Are detailed notes your thing? Great! Perfecting and escalating trouble tickets will be right up your alley.

Let's talk numbers and cash money on billing and collections inquiries. You are comfortable calculating on the fly and aren't shy about difficult financial conversations.

Check-in on our team matchups. We're always watching call volumes, scheduling completions, and business stats. If you're on top, the bragging rights are a coveted bonus.

Time for a team meeting, we'll go over process changes, market updates, and really home in on the customer experience.

Take some time to prepare for your weekly check-in. When you have your one-on-one, you'll be prepared to show off your got-it-done list and your ideas for what to tackle next.

Follow up with other teams; we work closely with engineering and tier two to give our customers the best possible experience. Being able to flow and translate between departments and teams keeps us all exceptional.

Check-in with your team to be sure you're finishing the day with no customer issue left unfinished.

Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $17.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience.

Here's what we expect you to prove at the interview:

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

1+ Year(s) of previous customer service experience, preferably over the phone.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Here's what our ideal team member will bring to the table:
