Job Summary:

The Data Entry Admin will be responsible for entering data from various sources into computer systems and databases for processing.  A candidate working in data entry will need to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform data entry tasks, efficiently and accurately, via internal databases and/or other software platforms

  • Managing data and keeping it organized.

  • Retrieve data and information as necessary.

  • Manage multiple tasks effectively by balancing high productivity with excellent service quality

  • Other tasks as assigned

    Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Fast typing skills

  • Strong MS Office Suite skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • Capacity to keep calm in a high pressure, fast-paced environment

  • Proven and demonstrated administrative proficiency
