Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all business processes.
Develop, implement, and refine operational procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational goals are met.
Data Management:
Utilize data management tools to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data.
Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all operational processes.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and develop strategies for optimization.
Implement lean management and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects to enhance overall performance.
Customer Experience:
Foster a customer-centric culture within the operations team.
Ensure all operational activities are aligned with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Work closely with customer service and sales teams to understand and address customer needs and feedback.
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and growth
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong data management and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong customer experience mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
