What Youll Be Doing:

As Support Staff, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your role involves providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a flexible home setting and the community. Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

• Daily Assistance: You will assist with everyday activities. Utilize de-escalation skills, trauma informed care, and therapeutic interventions for residents (we will provide training.)
• Transportation: Be the bridge to the community by providing transportation for shopping, errands, appointments, to and from work, and community events.
• Goal Reinforcement: Encourage and support individuals in achieving their daily goals, fostering personal growth and development.
• Atmosphere: Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment for people we serve.
• Foster Interests: Inspire and cultivate the unique hobbies and interests of those in your care, adding joy to their lives.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily documentation of the services and support you provide, ensuring accountability.

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule
• Several 8/10/12 hour shifts availablewill discuss during interview
• Weekend and holiday rotation

What You Need:

• Be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Drivers License
