About the Role:As a CNC Machine Operator, you will:
- Learn and Grow:Master the art of setting up and operating multi-tool CNC machining centers and traditional woodworking equipment.
- Create Unique Parts:Produce the distinct components that make each piece of Copeland Furniture special.
- No Experience? No Problem!Prior CNC experience is helpful but not required well provide the training you need!
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate multiple CNC machining centers.
- Validate setups by ensuring parts match the drawings and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform secondary operations like drilling, routing, and sanding using traditional woodworking tools.
- Assemble furniture in a CNC-based assembly cell.
- Test and prove out new parts and programs.
- Conduct basic maintenance on CNC machinery.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in machine setups, jigs, and programs.
- Support other factory areas as needed.

Schedule:
