In operations strategy at PwC, you will specialise in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimise operational efficiency and drive business growth. You will analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve organisational objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Operations Strategy team you are expected to help companies identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to their strategic and operating success. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on operations strategy, supply chain strategy, and performance improvement, while building meaningful client connections and navigating complexity.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 years of experience

  • Planning and delivering on operations tasks

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
