Assoc Mgr Media Operation

6+ month contract

Fully remote

40 hours per week M-F\ \ Position Overview\ The Associate Manager of Media Operations will oversee the execution of media campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role is crucial for driving operational efficiency and enhancing team collaboration while managing client relationships and project budgets.\ \ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead media operations projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and optimize workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and deliverables.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
• Lead content creation initiatives to ensure high-quality media outputs.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, promoting professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is REQUIRED
• 3+ years of experience managing media operations at an agency or brand REQUIRED
• 3+ years of experience in media planning and buying REQUIRED
• 3-5 years of experience in media operations or project management.
• Proven skills in project management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Strategic planning experience with a focus on client relations.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in analytics and performance measurement tools.
• **Beauty Industry experience HUGE plus
