CPP- Bloomington, MN is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This position works as a key member of the CPP- Bloomington Operations team and focuses on a select group of customers and will interact with customers, other Program Managers, Sales team and the Operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of focus on customer satisfaction and facilitating cross functional teams to effectively solve customer issues and concerns.This is a salaried position that includes an onsite flexible schedule and offers a full-benefits package, robust PTO plan, 401K and quarterly bonus potential.What will you do?Create quotes to customers on repeat and new businessPerform contract review process and send purchase order acknowledgments to customers after PO is reviewed and deemed acceptableReview purchase orders for accuracy of price, revision, delivery, duplication, and special instructions and resolve any discrepancies. Enter customer requirements into CPP business systemEnforce contract terms with customers, as neededSchedule customer delivery requirements- unless we are changing how we process incoming ordersMaintain the order entry system to assure accurate shipping, invoicing, terms and schedule requirements, working within established production planning guidelinesAdd and maintain Customer information in CPP business systemDownload customer schedules on a regular basis and maintain corresponding schedules within the CPP business systemCoordinate customer returns in a timely mannerWork with customer base to upsell productAssist in coordinating customer visitsMonitor in process yields to ensure timely response to negative situationsRespond to all customer delivery concerns, involving any necessary member of the Executive or Manufacturing teams in order to effectively solve customer problemsMaintain applicable reports as neededPopulates and manages annual sales forecasts/yearly top line sales projectionsKeeps up with current & future market trends & platform buildsMonitor risk and profit margins at the account level as directedAcquire additional certifications and credentials as required for work or career developmentWhat do we have to offer?$80-90KComprehensive Benefit PlansQuarterly Bonus Opportunity401k with generous company matchPaid Holidays and Vacation TimeTuition ReimbursementWhat can you bring to the table?Bachelors' Degree in Business or related field required for this position.5 years of manufacturing customer service experience with aerospace or casting experience preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with experience in Excel, Access, Word.Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Effective communication skills with ability to effectively resolve customer issues in a win- win style. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and nomenclatureSponsorship is not available for this role.
