National Salvage and Service is seeking to hire a Welder / Fabricator for the Fleet Division.

Essential Job Functions:
Maintain knowledge and adherence to all safety policies
Create quality welds
Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards
Prepare product to be welded by grinding and cutting parts to proper dimensions
Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
Monitor Equipment and request maintenance when needed
Help keep scrap and waste to a minimum and be efficient in use of all supplies.
Perform manual tasks in a way that meets or exceeds the required production level.
Qualifications:
Ability to meet deadlines and be self-motivated
Mig & stick welding: 3 years (Required)
Ability to work without supervision for extended time periods.
Must be able to work in noisy, non air-conditioned/heated work area.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring tools.
Need experience using mig and stick welding processes
Must have skills in cutting with torches and plasma cutters
Physical Requirements: Stand, Walk, Climb, Squat, Bend, Twist, Move Throughout the Day, Use Hands in Repetitive Motions, walk on uneven terrain, Repeat Same Movements, work comfortably in an indoor and outdoor environment, exposed to all weather conditions.
