We are searching for a motivated housekeeping supervisor to join our team. The McCune community is an assisted and independent living community located in Black Mountain, North Carolina, that is dedicated to meeting the needs of the people we serve. Management: The housekeeping supervisor will manage and take responsibility for the sanitation, cleanliness, safety and room organization of the McCune Center and smokehouse. You will utilize your team to asst you with these responsibilities as well as knowing the state regulations, health inspector's requirements and the policies and procedures of the Marjorie McCune Community. You will maintain your budget and inventory. You will provide training and in-services to your staff on a monthly basis and will determine work schedules, rotate responsibilities and implement deep cleaning schedules and room moves. Housekeeping: You will provide a sanitary, clutter-free, safe environment for the center and in the carport and smoke house. Provide maintenance with work orders for any damage or repair needs. Maintain the rooms with the highest of standards. Assist nursing with finding any misplaced items of residents. Assure that each room is decorated. Service: You will provide the residents with a pleasant, home like environment and listen to their housekeeping concerns and encourage a mutual trust and respect.
