We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels, and convenience store retailing.
Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
Our Retail or convenience store part of Delek, runs over 250 stores in Texas and New Mexico. We also have company-branded New-to-Industry DK stores in the southern part of the US!
Our three renewables’ plants in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi combined can produce 40 million gallons of biodiesel fuel a year.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Four (4) or more years Experience in refinery operations (Required)
Minimum 3 years as frontline refinery operations supervisor (Preferred)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ensures effective shift cadence around shift handover, start-of-shift meetings, operator rounds, equipment preparation, procedure execution, and other shift activities
Maintains presence in control rooms and field areas with face-to-face contact, providing continuous coaching for Operators on their shift
Ensures cross-area communications are clear, concise, and timely
Drives compliance with Safety, Environmental, and PSM reporting requirements
Monitors safety issues / hazards that arise during permit writing, reviewing energy isolation and participating in Joint Job-Site Visits as needed
Coordinates emergency response activities in their area
Ensures effective communication between shifts and the day organization, documenting process issues and work notifications entered
Responsible for monitoring Operator progress on training and qualification
