What you’ll achieve

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.

You will:

  • Sell complete Dell technologies product and portfolio, Including Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Storage, Networking Solutions

  • Proficient is executing business hygiene… Converting sales leads, Quoting, Calling, Increasing In quarter buyer, Acquiring new business and increasing share of wallet in the existing accounts and increasing market coverage and market share.

  • Functions as the primary insides sales demand generalist and provides support to the field sales executive with all sales internal resources, in both strategy and executions

  • Drive Medium business, work with customers to acquire new business and increase share of wallet with existing customers

  • Work with customers and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities

  • Be responsible for various sized accounts and end to end account management

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to customers and partners

  • Understand and position Dell Technologies Products and Portfolio to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners

Essential Requirements

•2-4 years relevant experience

•Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings

•Potential to use multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales transactions

•Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• IT experience is must
