Panwa LLC Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Bellevue, Washington
Thai VP Cuisine offers simple yet clever combinations of Eastern and Western influences on Thai cuisine harmoniously combined into mild to spicy flavors working together to make each dish come alive. One of our favorites is the Lamb curry which must simmer for at least 3 hours until the meat is soft and tender, bathed in our Panang curry sauce. All of our curry sauces are plant-based, as there is no dairy in our curries; instead, we use pure coconut milk which provides a healthy, creamy texture. Our Thai Specialty Cooks ensure these delicious Thai dishes are authentically prepared in a timely manner for our customers.
Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cook will perform the following duties:
- Prepare and cook contemporary and authentic Thai specialty dishes using the company's standard recipes;
- Prepare a variety of types of Thai specialty sauces for stir fry dishes and Thai pastes for curry dishes;
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met;
- Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices; and
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
SALARY: $48,693 / year
