Position summary T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Senior Product Manager, Technical is located in Bellevue, WA will drive the end user product research collaborating with other research analysts. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partner with business and internal/external team members to understand current customer experience, identifies areas of opportunity, so we can improve the current product and secure funding. Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify root cause of issues, and assess opportunity size and impact. Including assisting with cost-benefit / return on investment / NPV analysis, to support decision-making. Work on all aspects of the software development process, from defining the strategy and architecture through deployment and support. Translate product/platform strategy by writing detailed feature and user stories consumable for Dev teams for products. Manage feature and story elaboration activities across all Agile Teams throughout execution, typically maintaining 2 iterations (Sprints) worth user stories 'ready' for Dev to pick up in Team's prioritized Backlogs. Assist in running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. Support sales, marketing, and other partner teams with product or technical knowledge and additional documentation. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Skill requirements: Must have professional experience in: Technical business analysis for the telecommunications industry using e-commerce platforms, API design, and digital commerce trends to identify and define technical requirements for new capabilities within platform. Define clear project objectives, requirements, and priorities communicating progress updates, conducting demonstrations, resolving issues, mitigating dissenting views, and providing change management. Leading strategy and solution architecture for enterprise scale middleware systems using service-oriented architecture (SOA) with REST or SOAP/WSDL services in the telecommunications domain. Software development for enterprise scale middleware systems using service-oriented architecture (SOA) with REST or SOAP/WSDL services in the telecommunications domain. Designing and implementing scalable and highly available solutions using public cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. Design and optimize cloud-based architectures and maintain technical roadmaps for cloud-based services. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer and Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related, and 7 years of relevant work experience.
