Snowflake Inc. has multiple positions available for Principal Software Engineer in Bellevue, WA. A principal engineer is always involved in the development of new innovative ways of improving our product, quality, process or operations. They are recognized by others as a source of new ideas and a key contributor on a strategic level. They provide significant hands on technical contribution and oversight in multiple functional areas of the product. In some cases, a principal software engineer can be an expert on a single very complex area. In such cases principal software engineers are domain experts, who have built their expertise in that domain over many years. Telecommuting Permitted. $232,000 to $362,000 / year The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
