As the leader for Integrated Brand Marketing and Planning, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies that support T-Mobile's brand vision, positioning, and growth. You will oversee the annual and quarterly plan management, ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with the brand objectives, performance metrics and customer insights. You will also create and drive marketing strategies for key brand moments, such as product launches, promotions, events, and partnerships that showcase T-Mobile's value proposition, differentiation, and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, media, digital, social, PR, experiential, and analytics, to deliver integrated and effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration and, ultimately, help T-Mobile to win customers for life. Job Responsibilities: Lead and support the development of marketing strategies for subscription content partnerships, such as Netflix, Hulu, and Apple TV+, and how they fit into the overall brand advertising plan. Also, T-Mobile's sports and entertainment sponsorships, such as MLB, Las Vegas Grand Prix, and more driving brand awareness and consideration with fans. Lead the Un-carrier pipeline and roadmap for Un-carrier moves and the annual postpaid consumer marketing calendar. Track priority of products and proof points, channel planning, and messaging rotations. Lead, train and mentor a team of impactful Senior Marketing Managers, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching. Keep abreast of the latest trends, best processes, and innovations in the marketing industry, and share insights and findings with the broader marketing organization. Experience: 10+ years experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience and successful track record of storytelling for a brand, plus developing and driving impactful and innovative brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer insights, brand objectives, and performance metrics into actionable marketing strategies. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Passionate and enthusiastic about T-Mobile's brand vision, positioning, and growth! Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing Required; Masters Preferred. Ability to communicate effectively across team and organizational boundaries to drive and develop consensus.
