Are you passionate about privacy and ready to make a significant impact at a leading technology company? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Corporate Counsel, Privacy to join our team and help support our domestic privacy compliance program for our advertising business. The Corporate Counsel will partner closely with privacy professionals and internal business partners to provide legal guidance. This attorney will also support strategic compliance initiatives to address complex privacy challenges. A successful candidate will be ready to jump into action and work closely with other compliance and legal teams and strategic business partners to provide practical, strategic legal guidance, and design and implement creative solutions to complex challenges. What you'll do in your role. Help develop and support new compliance programs for our advertising business through partnership and collaboration with business clients and other legal specialists. Provide day-to-day legal advice on advertising privacy matters, with a focus on U.S. privacy laws and regulations. Conduct research and analysis on privacy laws and regulations. Work closely with the compliance and advertising business teams to ensure that T-Mobile's privacy strategies are appropriately considered and adopted. Draft and update relevant internal and external facing policies, standards, and statements, where needed, to address privacy obligations. Advise on enhancing existing privacy processes and frameworks to support the company's risk profile. The experience you'll bring. A law degree from an accredited law school Admission to at least one state bar 3+ years of experience as an attorney with relevant government, in-house or law firm experience Legally authorized to work in the United States A solution-oriented attitude, a bias for action and a deep curiosity that drives you to understand and help solve complex issues PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Exce
