We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a primary care role with a focus on advanced/geriatric care. Doing in-home visits within the Nacogdoches / Lufkin area.
Position:
Location: Nacogdoches / Lufkin, TX
Specialty: Hospice and Palliative Care home health NP
Volume: 3-5 patient visits daily
Schedule: M-F 8a - 5p
EMR: HCHB
Requirements:
Geriatric, a cute-care/ hospital and home health/hospice experience.
Clean and active TX state NP license
DEA license
BLS
Compensation:
