Position: Supply Chain SupervisorLocation: Belgrade, SRBGrade: 11
NCR is looking for a Supply Manager to work with our Contract Manufacturer in Hungary on material and planning to support production continuity and customer requirements.
Reporting Relationship: The incumbent reports to the EMS Team Manager
Major Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally with various functional teams to support production requirements, manage costs through inventory and freight expedites. Also support Master Scheduling team to ensure that material requirements are understood for customer orders
Work with Contract Manufacturer in following areas:
Receive and understand Shortage Reporting to determine material constraints for production
Escalate required support from NCR teams (commodity, logistics, engineering) to help address material gaps to ensure production continuity
Understand Clear to Build (CTB) position at Contract Manufacturer and gaps to support required schedule requirements
Track and communicate any material shortage updates to the NCR and Contract Manufacturer team
Provide reports to NCR team at the required frequency with updates
Understand inventory position, plan for improvements
Cost Management – understanding and categorizing expedited freight requests to ensure validity and responsibility
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
5 years experience in supply chain operations
Solid, proven organizational, project management and leadership skills
Very IT-literate with different data-driven applications and highly proficient in working in MS Excel
Strong data reporting / data analysis skills and attention to detail
Team player able to work well across business operations and develop strong business teams
Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates and business stakeholders
High energy and experience working in a demanding fast-paced work environment
Desire to learn and willingness to take on a wide range of assignments
