S-T Acquisition Company LLC Field Service Manager in Bedford, Ohio

Reporting directly to the President, the Field Service Manager will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day administration and functioning of Field Supervision (50%), Workplace Safety (10%), Administration (10%), Scheduling (10%), Sales (10%), and Human Resources (10%). 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations 
  • Assist with field supervision and job completion 
  • Assist with Scheduling and dispatching crews
  • Develop strategic plan and tactical improvements for optimized productivity
  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans 
  • The Field Service Manager will partner with the current leadership team: Salespeople, Scheduler, Office Manager, Human Resource Generalist and President to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes, quality, productivity and standards, safety, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This position may aid our Columbus, OH location as well.
