In alignment with the Nike brand, our North America Brand Planning & Operations Team strives to shape the brand through distinctive, emotive, and impactful stories & experiences that lead the future of sport.

As part of the North America Brand Marketing (NABM) organization, our team works cross-functionally to activate marketing programs that help propel the brand and the business into the future. We are responsible for bringing organization, clarity and process excellence to deliver maximum consumer impact. We enable this by creating the time and space required for the organizational brilliance through scalable, shared services to support the full marketing organization, driving accountability in planning, timing and finance, embracing creativity and innovation as we deliver elevated brand standards. Our combined, end-to-end team will provide the organizational capability and uphold the operational rigor needed to drive marketing excellence.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for an operations professional who is passionate about co-creating an end-to-end process for our Retail Marketing team.

Ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timeliness and can work independently in a diverse group of teammates.

Has a strong desire to evolve the way we work to truly shape the brand for the consumer.It is critical to be curious, analytical and have attention to detail.

What you will work on

Your responsibilities will include managing and executing day-to-day operations, with a focus on ensuring seasonal readiness and maintaining project health.

You will think holistically and have a deep understanding of Nike’s CODE milestones, so that the Retail Marketing team proactively show up at these gates to drive the best work forward.

Create and leverage tools and processes, driving clarity, efficiency and simplicity. Producing playbooks/toolkits for areas needing partnership across functions to execute.

Track and report on project health, escalating risks as needed.

Serve as the conduit between internal teams and agency/vendors.

You will build relationships across the retail marketing function and will contribute towards the overall operational strategy to continuously improve the ways we work.

Who you will work with

You will report to the Sr Manager, Brand Planning & Operations Retail. You will partner with your leader for mentorship as you learn and grow in your experience! Partnering with Retail Marketing, Partner Marketing, Brand Planning, Creative Operations & Production, Program & Development Capabilities across North America and globally so that the workflow is seamless for successful execution. You will also partner with business functions such as Finance, Procurement, Store Operations, Direct business teams, and potentially partner accounts.\

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training; PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs

  • 2+ years of experience working within a marketing organization or related function preferred.

  • Ability to streamline and optimize complex processes.

  • Proficient in Keynote and project management software such as AirTable (strongly preferred)

  • Highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects to drive seamless execution.

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and problem-solve situations efficiently, including concepting and delivering presentations on complex business issues required.

  • Strong time management and project management skills, keeping projects on track, raising awareness where issues may arise, and bring solutions to the table while keeping high attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills, dedication to support internal teams, and proven ability to manage expectations.

  • High level of motivation and energy, hard-working, driven, takes initiative and self-motivated with the ability to successfully deliver tangible results.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, with a diverse group of individuals and talents, collaboration skills a requirement.
