North America Consumer Operations is a cross-functional team dedicated to Inspiring Athletes* through the Power of Product. We achieve this mission by driving operational excellence, enriching decision-making, and redefining how the Geo works. We partner across the North America Geography with all functions, with Global functions, and with our other Geo counterparts.
Our team is responsible for enabling operational excellence by delivering on and evolving the North America process to deliver profitable, consumer-right products and experiences to the Consumer in our marketplace. We create and innovate new ways of working through observation, feedback, and anticipation of needs. By being curious, we constantly evolve what we do and how we do it.
And we do this as a team. We focus on developing and empowering an expansive community. We are collaborative, work cross-functionally within and outside of NA Geography.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Lead, Men’s Soccer Operations, NA , you will report into the Senior Director, Consumer & Marketplace Operations, NA. You will drive the operational offense through execution for activities around the World Cup. Skilled at problem-solving and strategic thinking, you will be orchestrating the various efforts of the team. You will drive operational excellence through clear written and verbal communication, while managing multiple workstreams with competing deadlines. You will connect the dots to ensure we’re tracking to our strategy while bringing activations to life.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
A minimum of 6 years of directly relevant work experience
Proven ability to partner on cross-functional teams supporting large scale change across an organization
Passionate about processes potential for improving planning, execution, and work/life balance
Excellent problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
Compelling, high-impact storyteller with the ability to influence at multiple levels throughout the organization
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
